All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service. Shipping cost is calculated by weight at check out and will always be the lowest rate possible. We ship Mon-Weds during the heat of the summer to avoid candles being stranded in hot distribution centers or mailboxes during weekends.

We strive for excellence in all our products, however scents are objective and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. We package our orders with care but accidents can happen; if you receive a cracked jar please contact us and provide a photo of the package and damaged product and we will replace or refund your purchase.
